SV: [base] Add raw data

Hi,

Raw data sets are added to Hybridizations (rather to the image set of a
specific hybridization) by uploading result files 'Upload result file' link
on the 'View image set' page. Once a raw data set is created it will show up
under 'Analyze data/Raw data sets' where you can analyze it.

From the 'Raw data sets' page you can add available Raw data sets to
existing Experiments. Experiments are created on the 'Experiments' page
(Analyze data/Experiments) by following the 'Add experiment' link. Most
analyses steps including the creation of BioAssaySets are done within an
experiment.

I just noticed that the pop-up help text (green question marks links) on the
'Raw data sets' page is wrong. This might have gotten you of track. Most
pop-up help text are correct though so I encourage you to try them as a
source of help with end user related questions.

Its on my table to get the pop-up help text updated. I guess I should get to
it (and the UsersGuide) ;)

       Great work, Carl!

       Back to the real life, Analyze data -> raw data sets.
       Clicking on it I would expect to add raw data sets, but
       there is not any possibilities for that.

       If I have chosen current experiment then I even get help message:
       "Create a BioAssaySet from the 'Raw data sets' page." But it is not
       possible?

       Did I miss some steps in another place?
