Thanks for the new spec file. RHEL/CentOS is one of those odd birds that don't have a lot of the required dependencies that Barry needs, and so there is little or no binary package support for it.
I tried to support them for version 0.14 using the OpenSUSE Build Service, but it was way too much work to drag RHEL along manually, so I've discontinued that. As evidenced by the late release of 0.15, I can barely keep up with the open distros.
I hope this file is useful to other RHEL/CentOS users, but it contains changes that aren't appropriate for the main package (disabled static, lacking libtar support, etc), so I'll just leave this patch in the tracker for now.
