Initial Comment:
The AI 254 (GLN Extension Component - 1 to 20 digits) is not properly handled by Barcode4J. 

It is currently handled as a 2 digits AI (25), while it is 3 digits (254)

Adding "254=an-20" to EAN128AIs.properties fixes the problem
