Hi Brent Sorry for the late reponse. I've been on a 3 week holiday. That looks as if you're using the ancient Apache FOP 0.20.5. FOP had a bug that resulted in text like that. I suggest you upgrade to a recent Apache FOP release (1.0 or later). This is not a Barcode4J issue. PS: please send future questions on Barcode4J to bar...@li.... Thanks.
