Was server error.. PHP handler was not working. Took me a few days to realize it though. If there was a warning inside the script admin, maybe I could have saved some traffic and users from not signing up.

An explosion of traffic is forcing the banners to not render. They render fine if their is not alot of traffic.

It could also be my server. I have not ruled that out yet. Hosting company had a major error before this was happening.
