There is simply no substitute for manual review...

We noticed a lot of slow-rolling IP activity from 180.76.5. and 180.76.6. - Because those IPs are all coming from the same company in China, we decided to "honor" them by adding a new feature. A feature designed to allow us to ban slow-scraping en masse, as desired.
