As mentioned in bug ID: 2018613 BandwidthD complains about log file corruption, on a log file it has just generated. This depend on two errors
- a ',' is missing in the written log files
- the count of expected parameters per line is wrong (while reading the file at start-up
Therefore the already stored files are invalid and cant't pares event when this patch is applied. I recommend to delete this and start plain after applying this patch
