It would be nice to extend which ports where
monitored...
i.e. http is picked out as one, but maybe SMTP and FTP
might be nice to be graphed as well...
maybe some standard way of inputting ports into the
bandwidthd.conf file rather than hacking the source?
Thanks

Yea, that sounds good, ftp is probably not going to get
monitored though. Whoever designed the protocol decided it
was a good idea to use random ports for data transfers.

I would also like to show my support for this request.
I would like to be able to define in the .conf file the
ports for whitch traffic should be monitored and also the
colors on the graphs.

If it's possible to declare in the .conf what you want
monitored, perhaps it should be in the format:
Port, colour (we use real English!), label/description.
Thanks for a great monitoring tool!

It would be nice to maybe release a patch or something like
to monitor not just known port as described in the
"configurable-ports-v2.pathch", but all the port that a
computer connect to ...
Would be usefull to watch if somebody on the monitored
subnet use an unalloweb sofware ...
