#46 Alternative configuration file

The function or ability to have bandwidthd use a different configuration file has been removed.

It is advisable to have one bandwidthd service running per interface. However, it is impossible to deploy it since the latest update has it automatically look in a certain directory and removed the "-c" flag/argument that would allow us to redirect it to a different configuration file to have it monitor a different interface.
