Bandwidthd stopped working because of this error on the index.html page:

DNS Timeout: Correct to speed up graphing

It has not slowed down graphing, but rather stopped it. It was working fine for about an hour and then stopped working with this error.

If anyone has a solution to it or if its a bug that will be fixed in the next version, please let me know (gmail is johndoe32102002).

Thanks.

I'm running into this issue as well with BandwidthD 2.0.1 UNIX (bandwidthd-2.0.1.tgz - MD5 ending in a8b6). I get the messages 'DNS timeout for x.x.x.x: This problem reduces graphing performance' and the messages 'Previouse graphing run not complete... Skipping current run'. I noticed that about 8 years ago, henriksson posted a patch that supposedly fixed this but that was intended for version 1.2.1. Any idea why this is still occuring? Is there a way to disable BandwidthD from trying to resolve IPs?

    Thanks.

BTW, I'm running the application on a Fedora 12 i686 machine.
