Packets with included vlan tags are not correctly
filtered and therefor no traffic is recognized by
bandwidthd. vlan tags (4 bytes long) are inserted
before the ip headers in the captured frames, so the ip
headers are shiftet. Therefore ip addresses will not be
filtered.

We use bandwidthd at a mirrored port of a switch. The
switch adds internally vlan tags to all packets also
those of untagged vlans. So the switch supplies tagged
packets at the mirroring port where bandwidthd is
listening. This is not an extraordinary behaviour for
switches.
