I'm looking for developers and band members that can help in gathering requirements and aid in the initial design for this project.

It will be done as several "smaller" projects ala the Agile development style. The goal is to develop a one-stop-shop that can give a band 95% of what can be automated online to make their whole band management smoothe, efficient and simple.
