  • hi.. I recently came across this tool and I used it to generate RPKM vales on my sorted bam file according to the usage. Below is the code. But the out file generated is empty. I don't know whats wrongs with it. I tried all possible options. any suggestions on what might be the problem ??? $ java -jar bam2rpkm-0.06.jar -i ../al.sorted.bam -f ../Homo_sapiens.GRCh37.69.gtf -o aln Total time: 17 minutes 42 seconds
