#15 [improvement] Auto-scroll lock

Hi,

Could you, please, add auto-scroll lock? It very frustrating when you are trying to read something "old" in the console and it's non stop going to the bottom because of kills, servers registration in lobby, etc.
I think the best way of doing such lock is when scroll of this textbox is not on the bottom - then it's locked. When it's on the bottom - it's unlocked (autoscrolls).

Auto scrolling can be disabled via context menu, just right-click on the log.
Detecting scrollbar position would be a bit problematic.
