Well, that's the goal,  I'm just not clear that it's all figured out
yet so that doesn't happen.  Changes to node configuration open up
holes where docs could slip through if we're not careful.  But I don't
think there is any inherent flaw in what we've all discussed so far,
so we don't have to discuss this particular point further.
