#14 Slow output for SSL users

I've noticed such a strange thing: when a user request
information from server which send a lot of data, for
example /info or /motd (my motd file is ~150 lines),
the output is beind delayed and sent "in pieces", so
at first sight it might look like slow/lagy connection
issue (but it is not). When using non-ssl connection,
this problem does not occur.

[I've ported this patch to bahamut 1.8 series. This
problem still exists there, however, /oper'ing solves
the problem and the output is send normally-all at
once.]
