on http://baghira.sourceforge.net/download.htm
write "cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@anoncvs.kde.org:/home/kde login"
but kde no more CVS (anoncvs.kde.org) now only SVN (anonsvn.kde.org)

I think that cvs is so old. You can use svn, monotone, ...
that they have a lot of new features!
