#165 baghira configuration in control center won't show up

I need to know what to do in order to have bag hira
style work on kde 3.5. When I out the make command it
shows an error saying that it couldn't find -lacl. I
know I have it but bghira make desn't think so.
so?

    seems as if some distributors (ok, SuSE) moved the libtool
    file (libacl.la) into the dev package - this is not a
    baghira bug (the kde configure stuff just doesn't check for
    the existence at the moment, at least not when 0.7 was
    released)
    install the dev package of libacl and be happy
