Running K3b with Baghira "Style" ["Windows Decoration"
has no bad effect] makes Xorg run at close to 100%.

This makes Baghira pretty much useless as I use K3b
often. Other burning programs do not have this problem.
Ctrl+Alt+F1 into a shell was necessary to finish the
burn, Xorg then "only" ran at ~ 10%.

I use debian sid/etch plus Nvidia's latest driver.
/usr/lib/libnvidia-cfg.so.1.0.8178

Kernel is 2.6.14-kanotix-9.

Ksysguard showing kernel activity while using K3b and changing the theme to Baghira and the turning is off

plain-text file of a small piece of the flood of error messages, this was not repeated later, may have been sporadic

    little more detail please:
    1. baghira version (or cvs release)
    2. how to trigger this. do you just start k3b or do
anything else (0.12.91 - i.e. svn works nice here)
    3. baghira settings (as well for k3b if you use rules)

for the moment, you can pass the "--style plastik" flag to
    k3b
    select e.g.

    1. kwin-baghira_0.7a-1+b1_i386.deb
    2. no special trigger, just burn a dvd
    3. baghira settings,: I wanted to upload my "theme" file but
it was over the limit. I changed a lot of things in the
    settings.
Using " $k3b --style keramik " gives normal kernel load.

And thanks for Baghira, it looks very nice [with noia icons]

please just mail me your (zipped) config file
    (~/.qt/baghirarc)
meanwhile you could try to use the cvs version and/or try
to use another progressbar style (best "baghira" as it's
    not animated)

actually it's about the progressbar animation (the groove
is the combobox, which has alpha blending and can therefore
cause some cpu hunger, depending on the sublying XRender
    support)
the today cvs commit allows you to deactivate the
progressbar animation - add a line
    Design_AnimateProgress=false
to your baghirarc - GUI config support later

I don't want to mix .deb with local binaries so I'll wait
    for support in unstable/testing

    Thanks
