Until now, I have been the only one, but as you have probably read if you are subscribed to the devel list, we are planning some big changes. The chapter on the console interface and the console commands is one of the poorest chapters, so could use a lot of improvement. If you want to work on it you are free to do so, however, please keep in mind that you will need to pay close attention to this project (i.e. be subscribed to the devel list). For the moment, I think it is safe to modify that chapter, but we will need to talk as it is <bacula-source>/doc/html-manual/console.wml that need to be modified. I'm a bit overloaded for the next couple of days, so please start with the code. Thanks for the help.
