@Rob right on schedule, Marcin is 100% correct.

This is almost certainly going to be the cause of your issues when trying to use `Driver = Amazon` in your cloud resource on 
a non-AWS-proper S3 target like Backblaze, Wasabi, or any of the others I mentioned testing/certifying in my previous email.
