Summary:                    bacula-fd on windows does not fail a backup on an error in ClientRunBefore
Description: 
Bacula-fd does not fail the backup job when the ClientRunBefore program
returns an error code when using a .bat file, or when the .bat file does
not exist.

The result is that critical pre-backup steps might fail, including DB
dumps, but the admin is not notified.

I've made an attempt to correct this problem, and would appreciate it if
you would test it and report back.

Since the file is a bit big to upload to the bugs database, you can find
it in: www.bacula.org/download/winbacula-1.37.2.exe  (if I remember
correctly).
This version of the FD *should* be compatible with version 1.36.1
