Hello, I have only looked at this problem quickly as the emails pass my inbox, but it seems to me that the most likely problem is that the Windows snapshot is taking a long time (not surprising with so many drive letters) and this is causing the Director<->SD connection to timeout probably because of switches that do not understand and conform to Internet standards). The simplest solution is to set the Bacula heartbeat interval to 300 everywhere especially between the Dir and the SD.
