when I remember right - I think I had similar errors - timing problems
while handling both the spooldisk and the file-daemons.
I did boot RIP-Linux on the PC with the Bacula director and checked
the disk surface with a special diagostic tool for errors:
startx -> System Monitor -> GSmartControl -> Error Log
The tool found several bad sectors. I decided to replace the disk - no
errors since then.
