We can confirm whether or not that is the case by having a proper traceback (stack dump) of the FD. If your FD was configured and installed correctly, it will normally produce one and email it to you. Please check your configuration. It should be reported upstream as an OS or library bug. As far as I can see, there is nothing we can do about it ...
