Make sure there are no rewinds while Bacula still has a tape in use... it renders your backups useless. By the way: a SOS_LABEl is, AFAIR, a session label, not a volume label. This has been discussed recently - most likely are manual intervention, third-party software, SCSI bus errors resulting in a device reset, and incorrect cabling or termination.
