[Bacula-users] Backup not continuing after mount

Hi all,

For some time I've been having a problem with mounting tapes.=20
Every once in a while bacula sends me an e-mail that it cannot continue
because it's waiting for a mount request. This can be because the wrong
tape is in the streamer, or because the tape is full, etc.=20
When I insert the right tape, and run mount from bconsole, it tells me
the name of the tape I just inserted and then I expect it to continue
making a backup. Sometimes this happens, but most of the time nothing
happens (even after waiting for several hours) and I have to cancel the
job in order for other jobs to start.=20

I'm still using bacula 1.36.3 at the moment, but had the same problem
with previous versions. My tape streamer is an HP SureStore Dat40 SCSI
streamer. My server is the only machine that needs backup, so nothing to
do with multiple clients here. =20
I've also tried to use u(n)mount or release before mounting the right
tape, to no avail.=20

This is a typical e-mail message:

After inserting the tape and issuing mount (in bconsole), followed by
the selection of the right Storage resource I see:

So it should be right, I'd say. However, the "status dir" commands tells
me:

I searched this list, but couldn't find any solution to my problem.

Any ideas? If you need any (parts of) config files, let me know.
