It looks like bscan is trying to add a MD5 but has not correctly kept the FileId, which should never be zero. The MD5 record on the Volume comes after the File record. This is most probably a bug in bscan. The consequence for you are probably not too serious in that each time one of those messages prints, it means that an MD5 for some file was lost. For the moment, MD5 signatures are only used in Verify jobs, which I doubt is your case, so its loss is not too serious. I've added this to my todo list.
