Bacnet4j throws a BacnetErrorException after I reboot a remote BACnet device I try to monitor using COV events. It seems that the remote device sends some empty cov message after it reboots. Please see the attatched screenshot. I have changed the line from throwing exception to returning a null. Could you please include this in solution or maybe comment on this issue ?
