Hi Weiping, There is some general BACnet info on www.bacnet.org which is worth looking at to get a better understanding of BACnet in general and this would be worth looking at briefly before trying out the stack. The BACnet stack can be used to implement BACnet devices on PCs (Windows and Linux) and embedded devices. A good first step would be to try running some of the examples on 2 or 3 PCs to get a feel for how things work. Using tools like Wireshark and VTS you can then look at the protocol in more detail (if that's where your interests lie). There is also a very useful BACnet browser type application at wago.com in the support/downloads/building Automation section.
