There is indeed several software packages that can communicate on MS/TP on Windows. Check out BACBeat from www.Polarsoft.com and CAS BACnet Explorer from CAS BACnet Explorer. Effectively, from what I understand, one has to write a kernel mode driver to have MS/TP to communicate within Windows. By doing so, then the timing constraints can be met.
