I look forward to the patch, and I can also try using other patch
options to make it work for me this time.

I have been working on getting SubscribeCOV service functioning.  That
part is now working in the demo/server, but adding the required
PROP_ACTIVE_COV_SUBSCRIPTIONS in the Device object is taking a bit of
work.  I am also preparing for the BACnet meetings that are being held
in New York City starting this Thursday.
