Hi List, I have recently had to lock down one of the machines I backup due to a corporate audit. The net result is that the (public-private-key) root login that backuppc uses no longer works. The manual for sshd_config states that "PermitRootLogin" can be set to "forced-commands-only" and that these commands can be specified in the authorized keys file. I can't get this to work though and I wondered if anyone on the list had managed to do it & if they could shed any light?
