I am finished with porting the module to the new library and everything is
commited to CVS - hopefully to the right place, this time ;-).
At the moment it should have exactly the same behaviour as before, but
throw Exceptions in case of HTTP errors.

I will now add some additional features like processing of soap faults and
replying with soap messages.
