[Babeldoc-devel] Concatenating PipelineName and ConfigName

Where would I find the code that concatenates these together as I am
told they are for the SQLConfigService?  I see the setString( ) method
on SQLConfig and SQLConfigService take "name" as an argument and I am
told this is the concatentation of PipelineName + "." + ConfigName.
Where is the concatenation done?
