Take a look at the class: com.babeldoc.core.config.ConfigService The class looks for the system property called 'babel.config' - if this is provided then this class is instantiated and used as the singleton configuration class. This class must adhere to a small number of configuration calls. Now if this system property is not provided, then the regular 'LightConfigService' is used, which operates on property files. If you want to use the SqlConfigService, you need to set the system property to: -dbabel.config=com.babeldoc.sql.config.SqlConfigService This can be done by updating the babeldoc.bat script. You will need to look into the SqlConfigService - there are a number of system properties that you will need to set up to get the login information to it. > 2.
