Activity for Babeldoc: Universal Document Processor

I'm trying to install Babeldoc in my windows environment, I download Babeldoc and run the build file and set up the environment variables (JAVA_HOME and BABELDOC_HOME), but when I try the Babeldoc command on command line terminal I see there is no installation, Did I miss something? or maybe I don't have de correct Babeldoc file, or there is another installation file
