#60 Ability to force, or disable encoding pop-up

I am looking for a way to force a specific encoding or disable the encoding selection pop up. One of my main torrent sites does not specify encoding, so I am constantly prompted every time I upload a torrent. I only use English char sets so I don't need the ability to set individual encoding. Just setting a single forced setting would be nice.
