#58 bug report on startup after restart

here is a bug report that the program show me after a restart. the problem is not reproduced if azsmrc is closed and reopen. Only after a restart. Note: I haven't put it in the startup

OS: Windows Seven
JVM: 1.6.0_11 Sun Microsystems Inc.

Yeah I've the same problem but as you see (Unknown Source) it is hard to track.
And I can't reproduce it correctly to figure out what is causing it. But since it is
not crashing AzSMRC it is nothing serious.
