[Ayttm-devel] Account editor in prefs

I've partially moved the account editor into prefs.  The old account 
editor still exists for now as I haven't migrated all services yet.

We also have service specific account prefs possible - see yahoo for an 
example.

Current status:
View and edit Yahoo accounts

To be done:
Other services
Add/Delete accounts

Colin, can you handle the MSN part as you are most familiar with it.  If 
not, I will give it a try.  For other services, we will at least have to 
move SCREEN_NAME, PASSWORD and CONNECT widgets.

Adding and Deleting of accounts can be done from main accounts prefs 
screen.
