#39 Ayam does not quit correctly

Ayam does not quit correctly if the main window is
simply closed using the close button of the window
decoration. It will not delete temporary files and
it will not save the preferences. All is working well
if the menu entry "Quit" or the associated shortcut
"Ctrl+q" is used, however.
