The Extrude and Cap objects create wrong holes
in caps, when the outer curve has dimensions
different from -1,1 and the curve defining the
hole is rotated or scaled using its transformation
property.
Work around for Ayam1.0b4:
Apply the transformation property of the hole curve
to all points using "Special/Apply Trafo to All".
