Hi There. Just want to add a picture from my Win7ProX64 machine. The message came up on exiting the AxBase application.

The installation is in 'program files' directory where is saved the axBase.ini file. In W7 (and W8...) you have no rights to write in.
Solutions :

Change the directories right to allow write.

Instal in another drectory where you have all the rights.
