#222 Add WebRing.com to list of 'Search Engines'

I get some traffic through {A...o}.webring.com/hub
referring the traffic to me. It would be good to have this
information removed from the 'Links from External
Pages' area and brought together and placed
under 'Links from Search Engine', or its own category.
