Awstats v6.6 No Month-Select Drop-Down Box

Hello,

I just installed version 6.6, build 1.877.

It is processing logs fine, but when I generate my static html page it does not include a drop down box to select a month.

Is there a setting that I have missed?

Windows Server 2003/IIS 6.0/IE 7
