#897 Missing files and inadequate buildstatispages.pl

hello,

we lack these flag pngs:
ax.png
sl.png
me.png

we also lack document.png (used for .xls files??)

• this results in 404 hits...

Furthermore, i found the awstats_buildstaticpages.pl doesnt generate all content - for instance the downloded content analysis isnt generated as standalone html. Which i believe is a bug, since many of the other features are generated perfectly.
