#3 Manual selection of encoder

Hi, greets,
I guess would be handy an option to manual select the encoder either HC or QuEnc.
Even more if you add support for more encoders e.g. AutoQMatEnc would be nice.

I have named:
- "Very High Quality" profile for VBR 2pass encoding (using HCenc)
- "High Quality" and "Standard Quality" profile for CBR 1pass encoding (using QuEnc)

HCenc does not perform CBR encoding. QuEnc undersizes output files when doing VBR encoding.... Why let the user choose "wrong" setups?
