#46 stdout, stderr out of order

If you redirect both stdout and stderr to the same
file, ie using "avra foo.asm >>log 2>&1" (bash),
the error messages and banner or informational messages
("pass 1") (may?) appear out of their correct order.
Easiest fix, probably fflush(stdout) at the beginning
of print_msg(), and fflush(stderr) at the end of
print_msg()
