#630 Ozone properties wrong

Ozone created with a single bond from the central oxygen to one outer oxygen and a double bond to the other outer oxygen has the properties/molecule window showing that it is HO3, not O3, even though the properties window also shows correctly that it has 3 atoms and 2 bonds. The problem is probably related to the charge separation and resonance within the ozone molecule.
