[AVFS] new avfs release 1.2.0

Hi,

I have uploaded a new release 1.2.0 of AVFS:

This is a rather small update. 64-bit time_t support breaks ABI,
therefor the larger version jump. Besides that, a bug in zip64 decoding
has been fixed and an issue with extfs archives with changed base files.
